Week 26 – 29 June
Joiners completed Code 6 second fix including the sunroom floor and ceiling. Constructed the boiler store (awaiting external cladding material) and porch constructed to Code 4 home. Ceiling boxings constructed in Code 6 home and pipe boxings to the Code 4 home.
Wall tiler tiled kitchens, cloakrooms and bathrooms to both properties. Plumber second fixed Code 6 plot. Boiler delivered from Okufen and located into store cupboard. Plasterers patched both properties ready for decorators.
Week 27 – 6 July
Plumber fittied cylinder and solar hot water control panel in both homes' airing cupboards and started piping up the boiler. Electrician wired PV panels and converter in roof space. Roof tiler tiled Code 4 porch and boiler house roof. Painter started in Code 4 Plot emulsion applied to all walls and ceilings, undercoated all woodwork and glossed frames and windowboards.

Considerate Constructors
The development is registered with the Considerate Constructor Scheme and signage is displayed. The first visit took place on 18 May. 34 points were awarded with a 5 in the Responsible category, with the monitor writing very positive comments regarding the scheme.
