Progress

Joiners have fitted sunpipes and fascia and soffit to the roof, the Roof tiler has lathe and felted roof, fitted solar panels and tiled the front section and the rear of the Code 4 property.

Internally Scaffolders have stripped the internal birdcage scaffolds to the 1st floor of both properties ready for 1st fix works to commence, the plumber has installed ducting to the first floor of the Code 6 property for radiator pipework prior to the floor being screeded and the plasterer has applied hardwall plaster to both sides of stair opening in the Code 6 property and sound coat to the party wall in the Code 4 property.

Mike Chorlton from Viridian Solar visited site on Tuesday 7 April to demonstrate to roof tilers how the solar panels are fitted.
