Ground floor (concrete topping) – Tarmac Topflow HZ

Topflow HZ is a self compacting, easy finish, free-flowing concrete resulting in a smooth, level surface capable of accepting most wearing materials directly without the need for power floating. Topflow HZ flowing concretes are self-compacting, so once they are placed there is no need for manual vibration. The concretes smooth surface is achieved through a quick dabbling technique to the concrete to push the coarse aggregate below the surface. The final touches are achieved by using a spray on curing membrane to seal the concrete and trap moisture in.
