Tarmac Home receives scores for high level beyond compliance

The Tarmac Homes development is registered with the Considerate Constructor Scheme. The first visit took place on 18th May.  34 points, out of a possible 40, were awarded with a 5 in the Responsible category.

The Monitor's site report shows very positive comments regarding the scheme, with scores between 4 and 5 for the various areas of the scheme.
